There are two ways to order prints:

1. Online
   On every gallery page there is an 'buy now' button. This will add that item to your shopping basket. All credit card details are securely transmitted.
   You will receive a confirmation email of your order. Once your print has been dispatched, we will email you to advise that its en-route.

2. By Post
   You can order any print by post. Please send your payment with your order. Generally orders are dispatched within 14 days upon receipt of payment. Our postal address is at the bottom of this page.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ's)

How will my print be presented?
As standard all prints will be printed on 15" x 10" Kodak professional photographic quality paper at a professional lab. Prints are mounted in a museum conservation quality white coloured mountboard with has a hand -cut 45 degree bevel mount. All prints are backed with a suitable backing board. Mounted prints will measure 40cm x 50cm. Larger sizes are available upon request.

What quality will my print be?
All the images shown on this site are at a very low resolution, this is done for speed of download. Your final print will be of superb quality printed on Kodak professional photographic paper at a professional photographic lab.

Can I have my print in a different size?
Yes, ask us for details before you place your order as we can advise what would look best and on the costs. Click here to contact us

Can I have my print on canvas?
Yes, please contact us beforehand to discuss sizes and options.

How will you package my print?
All orders are well packaged and padded and should arrive in perfect condition. All postage and packing costs are quoted for shipment within the United Kingdom. Please email us for postage costs outside the UK.

What are the postage and packing costs?
All postage and packing costs are quoted at cost price. Prints are packaged comprehensively to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. A hardboard backing board is used which is larger than the print to ensure the print is not damaged if dropped during transit. For UK deliveries we use ParcelForce's 48hour service and will advise you by email when your print is due to be delivered.

Do you post outside the UK?
Yes, all prints will be suplied unmounted and rolled in a tube to ensure safe arrival without damage.

How can I pay?
We can take all major credit cards via our secure server. You can post us cheques in UK sterling, UK postal orders. Please make cheques payable to John Tisbury Photography.

Can I collect my order?
Yes arrangements can be made, please contact us before you order to make the necessary arrangements.

Can you frame the prints I've ordered?
We don't offer a framing service. However, we can suggest picture framers who we have used in the past. Your pictures are mounted to standard sizes so picture frames can be bought off the shelf.

What if I don't like my print upon receipt?
No problem, we are happy to exchange or give a full refund for your print if you advise us in writing within 21 days of receipt of your order that you are not satisfied with your print. We will not pay for return postage and packing and prints must be returned to us in the same condition that they left us.
