Do you want to understand your camera, learn how to use
studio lights, work with ideas and concepts, or all of the
above?
As a qualified training professional (CIPD) John knows
how to make the technical brain friendly. John offers two
types of training event:
- a bespoke 1-2-1 session
covering your exact needs
- a variety of workshops
for two to a maximum of four photographers
All sessions offers:
- A chance to develop your style with John's technical
guidance
- The use of Elinchrom, Broncolor and Arri studio kit,
inc ringflash, softboxes, frensel spots etc.
- Flash and constant lighting
- The use of a Nikon D3 or D2x and Nikon pro lenses if
required
- Shoot a professional model in a studio environment
- The option to have a signed model release
- Learn how to work with a model from concept to final
shot
- Different lighting setups for different effects; soft
and hard light
- How to develop ideas, concepts and creativity

1-2-1 sessions £750
- A totally bespoke session covering whatever you want
to, from lighting, to posing, how to be creative, your
workflow or a bit of each.
John will talk to you before the session to understand
your needs and wants so the course perfectly fits your
requirements.

- These sessions are for between 3 to 4 photographers.
The course is a little more structured in its content,
but you still have plenty of time to ask questions and
practice techniques.
